This test is designed for amblyopia testing or
screening. The background is gray with the
exception of a white rectangle spaced
at 100% surrounding each line of symbols.
Line sizes from 20/400 to 20/16 (6/120
to 6/4.8) equivalent, 0.05 to 1.25. Printed
on two sides. Response key is printed on
the test card. Includes training cards and
instructions. Screener measures 8" x 10"
(20.3 cm x 25.4 cm).
